Shipping and Returns

All works are sold unframed

International Shipping

Please note that I am currently only shipping within the UK and therefore shipping costs (included in price) only apply to delivery within the UK. Do contact me if you live outside the UK and I can arrange a quote for international shipping.

Delivery

All items will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving payment. You will get an e-mail notification once the item has been dispatched. Delivery is usually within 5-7 working days from the date of despatch.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I am more than happy to refund the full amount you paid but the painting must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted shipped in the original packaging and sent with a certificate of postage and insured to cover the the full amount paid for the painting. Refund will be granted on safe receipt of the item. Your shipping, insurance and handling costs are non-refundable.

PayPal

If you reside outside the United Kingdom payment can be made in your own currency and will be automatically converted to Pound Sterling (£) in my account.

Colour variation

Don't forget that a VDU (your computer or phone screen) representation of colour varies slightly depending on the make and model, so that images of paintings viewed on-line may not always be an exact representation of the actual colour and tonal values of the original.
